At Shimmer Concept, every custom piece is made with care and intention.
Because many of our products are custom-made just for you,
we have the following policy in place.
1. CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because these items are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Your happiness matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue
3. NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Non-personalized products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Be returned in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. EXCHANGES
Want something different?
Exchanges are accepted for non-custom items only. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the process.
5. SHIPPING ISSUES
Once your order has shipped, we’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
However, if there is an issue with your delivery, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help!
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
